Save Libby Hill Donation Incentives

Fund raising is never easy but sometimes adding some fun to the donation process can help folks participate.  If you would like to donate and take advantage of one our listed donation incentives below, please make your donation and then complete this form to request your incentive item. Below is a description of our incentives, click here if you have already donated and are ready to pick out an incentive item.

$10 - Laminated Maps - We offer a laminated 8x10 inch map .  This map can be folded and is weather proof.

$10 Raffle tickets - Win a great and efficient woodstove from Jotul USA.  Also possible free hearth donation from a local mason!  Drawing on December 1st, only 250 tickets to be sold!  This model  F602CB is a real great way to beat high heating costs this winter.... hurry tickets are limited!

$25  -Best of Photos of Libby Hill DVD - This 12 minute DVD set to music provides over 100 of the best photos of Libby Hill.  See the trails, people, and animals that make this place so special.  A great way to show others what Libby Hill is all about.

$25 - Libby Hill ----The Movie, on DVD - A video produced by Southern Maine Community College that shows the trails and has interviews with the people that make it all possible.

$25 - 2009 Libby Hill Calendar - Available November 15th, this calendar has 12 stunning photos of the trails of Libby Hill.  A perfect give for your trail lover.

$35 - Libby Hill Tee Shirt - For November donations only, first 40 donors at this level can get a great tee shirt..... click her for more info.

$100  - Guided tour of Libby Hill Trails - Get a 3 hour guided tour of Libby Hill with trail guide Steve McPike.  You may bring up to 12 of your friends or family and have a custom designed tour. You tour can include geocaching, bird and wild life watching, local history, and even a picnic (food not included).  Accommodations for physically handicapped individuals can be made.

$100 - One Hour Ortho-Bionomy Massage- Get a 1 hour massage session from the good folks at Touchstone Bodyworks.   Treat yourself after a hard day on the trails!

$100 - Learn orienteering - Orienteering is a fun outdoor activity that is easy to learn and fun for adults and families.  Get personal instruction and tips from avid orienteers.

$100  - Introduction to snowshoeing. Spend a winter afternoon with a snowshoe guide and get to try out a pair of the new style snowshoes (for up to 6 people).  Learn how easy and inexpensive snowshoeing can be.  It is also the perfect way to beat the winter blues by getting outside and discovering a whole new world!

$250 - Geocaching and GPS at Libby Hill - We'll spend 3 hours teaching you how a GPS works and what geocaching is all about.  Then we'll take you out in the field to find the 4 geocaches on Libby Hill. This a great chance to learn how a GPS works and how you can use it as a fun activity with your family.  $1,000 - Two pairs of Snowshoes with Training - You will obtain two pairs of snowshoes personally fitted to you by Eastern Mountain Sports ($300 value).  Then spend an afternoon learning how to snowshoe and where to best explore Libby Hill trails in winter.  Your guide will teach you how to snowshoe in any conditions and where to explore off trail. (tours available Jan-Mar 2009)

Highest donor - Name our Newest Trail - Obtaining our new 29 acre parcel will allow us to add a new hiking/snowshoe trail that will connect the parking lot to the Harold Libbey trail.  Our largest contributor will have the choice to name this newest trail.  Have your name or a loved one, live on forever as a named trail.  We will also add a narrative trail guide to our website and add information about the history of who the trail was named after.  This is your chance to really leave a lasting legacy for yourself or someone you love.
